YTH CRTV Collab Code of Conduct

Welcome to YTH CRTV Collab! We're excited to help you grow your creative skills and discover

how God can use your gifts to make a difference. To make the most of our time together, we ask

that every student and guardian agree to the following expectations:

1. Be Here.

Show up. Stay engaged. Be ready.

Be on time for each session and stay for the full experience.

Be present—mentally and physically.

Keep phones and distractions tucked away unless they’re part of a project.

If you’re running late or need to miss, let a leader know ahead of time.

We can’t build something great if we’re not here for it.

2. Be Kind.

To people. To equipment. To yourself.

Speak and act with respect toward leaders, teammates, and guests.

Treat all gear, instruments, cameras, and tech with care—it’s not just stuff, it’s a tool for ministry.

Help us create a space that’s fun, encouraging, and inclusive for everyone.

Kindness is the secret sauce.

3. Be Open.

Try new things. Take risks. Trust the process.

Be willing to step out of your comfort zone—you might just find your sweet spot.

Say yes to feedback. Growth comes from being stretched.

Remember: you’re not here by accident. God placed creativity in you for a reason, and we’re here to help you live it out.

Stay curious. Stay hungry. Stay humble.

By signing below, we agree to honor this Code of Conduct for the duration of the YTH CRTV Collab. We understand that this program is designed to help students grow in skill, faith, and leadership and that only works when everyone is all in.
