In-Person Service Protocol for Relevant Kids Environments
Check-in
Check-in volunteers will check temps of other volunteers, kids, and parents as they enter the kids space. Individuals with temps higher than 100.4 will be asked to watch the service online that week.
Check-in volunteers will hold iPads in order to check in regular attenders. Only the check-in volunteers will touch the iPads and printers. After services, check-in volunteers will clean iPads and printers with the cleaner provided by Relevant, so that they are sanitized for the next volunteer to use.
VIP check-in will be run as touchless as possible. Volunteers will either enter new family information into the computer or will fill out a physical VIP card as they verbally take the info from the parent.
