LeadNow Leadership Internship (2025–2026)
Dates: August 1, 2025 – May 30, 2026
The LeadNow Leadership Internship at Relevant Church is a 10 month long opportunity designed to help students grow in their faith, leadership, real-world skills, and earn potential college credit. This program is built for both high school juniors and seniors and college-aged young adults (18–25) who want to take the next step in their personal and spiritual development.
What is LeadNow?
LeadNow is more than just volunteering—it’s a structured leadership development program that combines:
Hands-on ministry experience
Mentorship from church staff and leaders
Leadership training and spiritual growth
Real-world skill development
Students will be able to choose their own focus tracks based on their interests and calling, giving them both ownership and direction throughout the year.
Program Tracks
Students will serve and grow in one or two of the following areas:
Creative arts - Worship, Production, Social Media, Graphic Design, Photography, Marketing, Communications
Next Gen - Kids ministry, Youth Ministry, Young Adults Ministry, Kids Camp, Youth Camp
Steps and Discipleship - Pathways, Youth Pathways, Welcome to Relevant, Welcome to Relevant Next Gen, Leadership Pipeline
Pastoral - Speaking, Teaching, Content Developing, Care and Prayer, CR
Guest Service/Special Events - Guest services, Easter, Christmas, BOLD Night, The Gathering, Youth Camp, Kids Camp, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Heart and Soul Appreciation
Time Commitment
The program is designed to fit within a student’s current schedule while still providing meaningful experience.
College-Age Students (18–25)
Sundays: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesdays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Thursdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
High School Students (Juniors & Seniors)
Sundays: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Tuesdays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Wednesdays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
We will be slightly flexible with hours if there is a scheduling conflict. However, it is highly encouraged students are able to be available for all hours listed.

Education Partnership
Through a partnership with Evangel University, students have the opportunity to
Pursue an accredited online degree (Associate or Bachelor’s)
Receive a 10% tuition discount
Potentially earn up to 12 electoral college credits for their internship experience
Work-Based Learning Credit (High School Students)
For high school juniors and seniors, LeadNow can also serve as a work-based learning opportunity through their school.
Students may be eligible to:
Earn school credit through approved work-based learning programs
Gain real-world experience that meets educational requirements
Log internship hours that align with school or district guidelines
Because every school handles work-based learning differently, we encourage families to:
Connect with their student’s guidance counselor or work-based learning coordinator
Confirm eligibility and specific requirements
Coordinate any necessary documentation with the LeadNow team

Participants may also gain access to interview opportunities with local organizations such as:
